You will play a central role in launching and embedding the operational framework for a major new grocery retail partner, creating robust processes that support a seamless and successful long-term partnership.</p><p>Taking ownership of end-to-end operational activity, you will ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time and completed to the highest standard. You will bring internal teams, retail partners and third-party providers together, solving challenges quickly, improving ways of working and delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p><p>This is more than an operational support role. You will use account insights to identify opportunities for growth, help bring new products and promotions to market and support the sales team in engaging prospective wholesale customers.
