Working with exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from our Estate and trusted local suppliers, you’ll help ensure every dish reflects the quality, sustainability and creativity that defines our culinary ethos. The menu celebrates seasonality, sustainability and provenance, with dishes shaped by what is available from the Estate garden team and trusted local suppliers.</p><p>Whilst the setting is rustic and welcoming, the cooking is refined and thoughtful, with a strong focus on wood-fired techniques and food designed for sharing.
