Our Hotel Events Coordinator

As a Hotel Events Coordinator, you’ll support the Events Manager in organising and delivering group bookings, large events, and exclusive hotel takeovers. You’ll be the go-to for clients from planning to execution, ensuring seamless organisation and exceptional service within our luxury estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage group booking enquiries from start to finish
  • Host client meetings, site visits, and prepare tailored proposals
  • Produce and manage all function sheets, schedules, seating charts & rooming lists
  • Coordinate restaurant, spa, transfer, and estate activity arrangements
  • Work with internal teams and external contractors to deliver outstanding events
  • Support exclusive hotel takeovers and group stays of up to 20 guests

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality, or events
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in systems such as Opera, ResDiary, Symphony & Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, positive, and eager to grow professionally


Where you'll be working - Our Events Team

The Events team is at the core of all activity across the estate. It is a team made up of the Events Manager, 3 Event Coordinators and 1 Education and Children’s Activities Coordinator. The team work closely with all departments across the estate from the Gardening teams, FOH hotel teams, Engineering teams, and Creative teams to produce and deliver exceptional events for our members and guests. Within this department there is a strong bond with the Hotel Sales Team and other hotel related departments.
