Our Food and Beverage Baristas at the Story of Gardening

Based at The Story of Gardening, a beautiful café and exhibit, set in the deer park with stunning views of the woodland area, working with the wider team to support our other food and beverage venues and supporting at Estate events, our baristas play a vital role in ensuring each and every one of our visitors has a memorable day with us. A passion for excellent customer service and a desire to grow your own skills are paramount.


Whilst coffee or food and beverage experience is needed, additional training will also be offered.

  • Previous strong barista experience is beneficial
  • Willingness to develop, grown and keep up with the demands of our developing business
  • Confident in service and feels comfortable leading
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great time management and self-motivated
  • Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
  • Basic computer skills

  • The Story of Gardening - An interactive experience, designed to guide visitors through gardens in time. The F&B offering is based around the gardens on display.
