Our Health and Safety Coordinator

Our Health and Safety Coordinator plays a pivotal role in championing a proactive and positive safety culture across our extraordinary Estate. Supporting the Head of Health and Safety, you will help shape, implement and continuously improve our health, safety and environmental systems, ensuring every corner of our business – from hospitality and retail to estates and production – operates safely, responsibly and in full compliance with legislation. This is a dynamic, visible role where you’ll build strong relationships, influence best practice and help create an environment where our teams and guests can truly thrive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of company health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits, reporting findings and tracking corrective actions
  • Assist in the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Record, investigate and report incidents and near misses, ensuring effective follow-up
  • Coordinate and monitor mandatory health and safety training and refresher programmes
  • Ensure contractors and visitors meet required safety standards while onsite
  • Maintain accurate records and provide data for compliance and performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance safety performance and promote continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience in a health and safety role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, estates or facilities management
  • Working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical and organised approach
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Full UK Driving Licence
