Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days OR 20 hours over 4 or 5 days

Our Spa Cleaner

Reporting to our Spa Manager, we are looking for a detail-orientated Spa Cleaner, passionate about customer service and high standards. You will be responsible for supporting the spa team to achieve faultless standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the spa and ensure that all departmental service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of facilities, including wet areas, thermal suites, treatment rooms and changing facilities
Organising laundry for all spa areas
Maintain professional hygiene levels around all areas of the spa, including kitchen and staff room
Restocking lockers and spa area of towels, robes and slippers
Assist colleagues and other departments where required

Previous experience in a cleaning role is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail

Our dedicated spa team, which includes our Spa Manager, Head Therapist, Spa Therapists, Spa Hosts, and two Spa Cleaners, places guest wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. It features a stunning Medieval Herb Garden and an impressive array of thermal and water facilities, including a Hammam, Rasul, Halotherapy Room, Picture Window Sauna, and an Indoor/Outdoor Wild Pool with hydrotherapy.
