Our Restaurant Hosts

As Host in the Botanical Rooms, you’ll be the welcoming face of our restaurant, confidently in control of seatings to ensure a seamless, guest-focused service. With a passion for hospitality, you'll greet, seat, and build rapport with guests while supporting the wider team. Your role includes overseeing restaurant readiness, tracking guest journeys, managing cross-charging, and working closely with the team to maintain fluidity across the department. Collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and team leaders will be key to delivering exceptional service, especially during private dining and special events.

Previous restaurant experience
Previous experience as a host and knowledge of the ResDiary reservation system is beneficial
Excellent customer skills, with the ability to build rapport with our guests
