Our Sales Executive – Luxury Hotel

This is an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch of our Yarlington Residences, a unique collection of luxury residences set within the Newt in Somerset estate. As Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and occupancy, managing enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, and building long-term relationships with a discerning, high-net-worth clientele. This is a consultative, relationship-led role where storytelling, commercial acumen and exceptional service come together.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all enquiries from initial contact through costing, contracting and confirmation
  • Drive occupancy and revenue across the full calendar year
  • Identify and develop new business across leisure, corporate and MICE markets
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNW individuals, private offices, PAs and luxury travel advisors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to revenue targets
  • Lead discovery-led sales conversations to truly understand client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and value
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and sales reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Proven sales experience within hospitality or a service-led luxury environment
  • A commercially minded, relationship-first approach to sales
  • Confidence working with VIP and high-expectation clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management ability
  • High level of CRM fluency and pipeline discipline
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, adaptable and discreet


Where you’ll be working

The Sales Department is responsible for driving revenue across the hospitality business through the conversion of inbound enquiries and proactive outbound sales activity. The team supports the Hotel, Yarlington Residences, and the Great Garden Escape, working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success and high-quality guest delivery.
