Our Junior Financial Analyst – Hospitality
Are you curious, commercially minded and ready to make numbers tell a story? As our Junior Financial Analyst – Hospitality, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our Hotel and Visitor Attraction operations. Working closely with operational teams and Finance leaders, you will turn data into meaningful insight, helping to drive smarter decisions, stronger profitability and improved commercial performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor operational performance against financial targets
- Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets
- Support improvements to hospitality systems and financial data requirements
- Partner with teams across the business to improve financial processes and knowledge
- Provide insight and recommendations on sales performance, margins and commercial initiatives

What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
- Part-qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail
- A commercial mindset with curiosity around product profitability
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders
- Proactive approach to improving processes, outcomes and performance
- Experience in financial modelling, analytical analysis or hospitality environments would be a bonus
