Our Group Reservations Coordinator

This is a role for a self-motivated, confident, organised and personable individual with impeccable attention to detail. The role involves quoting, converting and coordinating small residential group enquiries, coordinating VIP/PS and media/influencer stays, as well as supporting the reservations team with tickets and calls. The role is primarily office based with some guest interaction for greeting guests upon arrival and conducting show rounds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for small group bookings, from checking rates and availability through to quotes, showgrounds, function sheets, greeting and collecting feedback on departure.
  • Collaborate with Hotel and Communications teams as required
  • Assist our Head of Experience with large group bookings
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on bookings, revenue and feedback
  • Assist Head of Experience with itineraries and admin for VIP visits
  • Hold weekly feedback meetings with key stakeholders and ensure all your guests with feedback are responded to.
  • Assist the wider reservations team with incoming calls and tickets
  • Assist with covering for Reservations Manager/ supervisor if required

What we're looking for

  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Previous sales experience is desirable
  • Sales focused with a positive attitude
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload
