45 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekends. Hours usually 8am-5:30pm, occasional evenings.

Our Chef de Partie
You’ll own a designated section, turning peak-season produce and home-reared meats into vibrant, flavour-first plates. Shoulder-to-shoulder with our Sous and Head Chef, you’ll set the pace, mentor juniors, uphold sparkling hygiene, and keep service smooth, consistent and delicious—every time.

The kitchen operates in a fast-paced, efficient, and organised manner to produce a high volume of inspiring dishes for members and their guests whilst maintaining a calm, professional environment.
