Our Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for an assistant to our new Creamery team, to assist with the packing, labelling and cleaning of our dairy to ensure our beautiful dairy products are ready for our retail and restaurant customers. At times you may also be asked to assist with making our delicious cheeses. You should be a good communicator, have an understanding of food hygiene and safety be physically fit enough to move stock and heavy boxes.

Our new Creamery is set in a renovated dairy dating from 1914, the whole process is customer facing and we share the journey from cow to curd as part of The Newt guest experience. Creating a selection of fresh and matured cheese products from Buffalo and other milks.
