Our Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a well organised, creative and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to manage, update, and optimise our website, to drive engagement, improve user experience, and support digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital marketing, content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and web analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and product pages using our CMS systems.
- Continually adjusting merchandising our products across the website – reacting with sales trends and commercial targets. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure website content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, link functionality, and SEO optimisation.
- Assist with the execution and tracking of digital campaigns, including email, SEO and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with web assets.
- Optimise on-page content for search engines (keywords, meta descriptions, alt tags, etc.).
- Analyse and report on website metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Coordinate with web developers as needed for technical improvements or fixes.
- Ensure the website is accessible, mobile-responsive, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
- Support and coordinate content production (our frequent photo/video shoots).
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing with suppliers.

What we're looking for:
- 1 years of experience in website coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or related field is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Klaviyo.
