Our Front of House team worked together to create unforgettable, seamless experiences for our guests. As a waiter you will :

• Be able to converse with our guests and expertly guide them through our seasonally changing menus

The Botanical Rooms

Showcasing the best of high-end, contemporary British food, The Botanical Rooms offers a luxurious experience for our diners. All dishes are created using produce from the estate and our local suppliers, served in our beautiful 60 cover restaurant.

The Farmyard Kitchen

The Farmyard, a reimagined dairy nestled in the rolling Somerset hillside, our newest hotel project which houses 17 beautiful guest rooms within a newly renovated farmhouse with outbuildings. The Farmyard boasts a swimming pool, games room, honesty bar and 40-cover restaurant. Open breakfast through to dinner and using the finest produce from the estate, we cook in a wood fired oven and our chefs serve straight to the table. Seasonally lead, hearty yet humble sharing dishes with carafes of wine served in a beautiful stone barn, with relaxed yet high-end service and open kitchen.

The Creamery

Based at Castle Cary train station, The Creamery Restaurant welcomes visitors to this part of Somerset, and wave passengers off on journeys around the UK. With a big nod to the golden age of travel, the café serves a perfectly executed small menu, of brasserie classics that shine a light on the craftmanship of the Newts Butchers, Cheesemakers Bakers and Growers. Leaning on classic cooking methods expect quintessential dishes with a Newt in Somerset focus.

The Garden Café

The Garden Café offers a perfect vantage point over the kitchen gardens and orchards below, from which a vegetable-led menu is sourced - serving breakfast and an all day menu, including cream teas, seven days a week.
