Our Cyder Bar Manager
As our estate continues to grow and evolve, with exciting new projects on the horizon, we need an experienced and resilient leader. You’ll steer our flagship Cyder Bar and its sister outlets (Gelateria, Winter Garden and pop-ups). This role is rooted in the outdoors, requiring you to inspire and guide your team with high service levels and smiles through all conditions, celebrating the seasonal charm of the estate— ensuring outstanding, efficient and friendly service all year round. From setting the standard of warm guest welcomes to owning the P&L, stock, hygiene and compliance, you’ll keep service levels exceptional and inspire your team through every season.

The Cyder Bar is the very first stop for guests and members—a welcoming, outdoor space that sets the tone for their visit with energy, warmth and exceptional hospitality. More than just a bar, it’s a bustling hub where guests pause, refresh and soak up the atmosphere of the estate. Serving pastries, coffee, seasonal dishes, cyder and a range of other refreshments, it sets the benchmark for service, quality and warmth across the estate.
Alongside the Cyder Bar, you’ll have influence over our Gelateria and a lively programme of pop-up outlets that bring flavour and fun to events throughout the year. These venues celebrate fresh, seasonal produce and showcase our high standards of hospitality in every setting.
